“I was thoroughly impressed by their professionalism and dedication to quality. The smart home upgrades have truly changed our lifestyle for the better.   We went with the inspection and annual warranty.  There was a few items that were recommended to be replaced,  like our motors for air conditioning and heating, and a pool pump motor.  Our roof was recommended to have the underlayment replaced due to its age and concrete tile composition.   Overall, we are feeling more secure in our home and have applied for California's Earthquake Bracing and Bolting Program.   GJB Construction will perform this retrofit.”
